Meet the Bidder
Grand Edition
The Autumn edition is called the GRAND Edition because if its scale - the biggest numer of Exhibitors and Buyers participates in the business meetings with delegates from all continents. This SMART Fair for travel professionals gathers Buyers from different cities in Poland as well as a group of international Buyers specialised in MICE Travel sector. Suppliers of services for this sector, especially hotels, DMCs, national and regional tourist organistions, ferries, cruise lines, airlines are welcome to present the offer as Exhibitors.
The whole day of B2B meetings with lunch and coffee breaks will be ended with the special evening event called T-REX Night. It is time when the Travel Experience Expert Night takes place including Experience Invitations Matching Game, movies promoting the Meet the Bidder Partners and the reward ceremony.
Meet The Bidder events have been held in Poland since 2012 three times a year - in March, June and November. Till now our events have been chosen as a B2B platform by 700 MICE Exhibitors from all over the world and a thousand managers and incentive travel professionals.

Autumn Edition
This SMART Fair for travel professionals gathers Buyers from various cities in Poland. Suppliers of services for this sector, particularly hotels, DMCs, national and regional tourist organizations, ferries, cruise lines and airlines are welcome to present their services as Exhibitors.
The whole day of B2B meetings, complemented by coffee breaks and lunch, will culminate in a special evening event called T-REX Night. This is when the Travel Experience Expert Night takes place, featuring the Experience Invitations Matching Game, films promoting the Meet the Bidder Partners and an awards ceremony.
