LUXURY & MICE Summer Edition is a great chance to meet Buyers from Poland and the Region. It is a one day event full of business and networking opportunities, where hotels, destinations and DMCs from around the world meet with the qualified hosted Buyers. It is a time to enjoy the business opportunities during a fully catered event in a unique ambience of the historic interiors
Meet The Bidder events have been held in Poland since 2012 three times a year - in Spring, Summer and Autumn. Previous editions of our events were chosen as a B2B platform by 1 000 MICE Exhibitors from all over the world and a thousand of Buyers – managers and incentive travel professionals from Poland and the Region.

Meet the Bidder
Autumn Edition
This SMART Fair for travel professionals gathers Buyers from various cities in Poland. Suppliers of services for this sector, particularly hotels, DMCs, national and regional tourist organizations, ferries, cruise lines and airlines are welcome to present their services as Exhibitors.
The first day is dedicated to a full schedule of B2B meetings, complemented by coffee breaks and lunch, and culminating in a special evening event called T-REX Night. This is when the Travel Experience Expert Night takes place, featuring the Experience Invitations Matching Game, films promoting the Meet the Bidder Partners and an awards ceremony.
The second day offers optional post-tour activities, designed as relaxed, informal networking opportunities. Participants can enjoy the charming autumn vibes of Warsaw while strengthening business relations in a more casual setting.
