Summer Luxury Edition
The first LUXURY & MICE Edition is a great chance to meet Buyers from Poland and the Region for two day event full of business and networking opportunities. It is a 2 day event where hotels, destinations and DMC’s from around the world meet with the qualified hosted Buyers. It is a time to enjoy the business opportunities during a fully catered event in a unique ambience of the historic interiors.
Meet The Bidder events have been held in Poland since 2012 three times a year - in March, June and November. The last 32 editions of our events were chosen as a B2B platform by 700 MICE Exhibitors from all over the world and a thousand managers and incentive travel professionals.

Grand Edition
The Autumn edition is called the GRAND Edition because if its scale - the biggest numer of Exhibitors and Buyers participates in the business meetings with delegates from all continents. This SMART Fair for travel professionals gathers Buyers from different cities in Poland as well as a group of international Buyers specialised in MICE Travel sector. Suppliers of services for this sector, especially hotels, DMCs, national and regional tourist organistions, ferries, cruise lines, airlines are welcome to present the offer as Exhibitors.
The whole day of B2B meetings with lunch and coffee breaks will be ended with the special evening event called T-REX Night. It is time when the Travel Experience Expert Night takes place including Experience Invitations Matching Game, movies promoting the Meet the Bidder Partners and the reward ceremony.

Spring Edition
The first occassion to gain some business from Poland - Meet the Bidder Spring Edition 2024.
You can enjoy the spirit of international business talks with Buyers - the travel organisers from MICE Travel sector, event agencies, tailor made tours companies.
We recommend this early spring event because this is a perfect time for winning business for the top season of incentive travel: May - June and September - November 2024. You can enjoy spring daffodils in Warsaw and blooming business perspectives!
Early bird offer There are limited Exhibitor Decks available at the reduced price: 1499 EUR for the Deck with 1 Delegate and 200 EUR fee for the 2nd Delegate.
