The possitive feedback we receive proves that Poland is a market of emerging opportunities. It`s also the reason why we launched Incentive Travel Excellence Night, co-hosted with SITE Poland (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence) which is a perfect culmination of Meet the Bidder Grand Edition. SITE Poland and Travel Bidder in joint effort promote excellence of incentive travel in front of 300 international professionals at a great banquet at the end of Meet The Bidder day in Warsaw. During ITEx Night exhibitors, trade fair partners, SITE Poland members, Ambassadors, as well as representatives of other industry associations & industry media have an opportunity to meet at more relaxed grounds. ITEx will take place at The Westin Warsaw Hotel.

Travel Bidder & SITE Poland will do what they do best – they will gather industry leaders, members of important industry associations  operating in Poland, foreign MICE professionals and exhibitors of MTB, local partners, Ambassadors and industry media. The evening programme of the banquet is designed to showcase the strategy which is the foundation of the Polish Chapter of SITE: PITCH (Poland – Incentive Travel Central Hub). Together with Travel Bidder company - often called the "MICE Hub" - we'll show how strong, innovative and well-organized the Polish MICE market and its Partners are.
